In the fullness of September, we gather to shed what no longer serves and come home to the vibrant, alive woman within. Join us for a soulful, full-day immersion designed to shed what is no longer viable and replenish your energy, awaken your creativity, and reconnect you to your feminine essence and deep inner wisdom—through play and presence. This is more than a retreat, It’s a remembering.

Throughout our day together, you’ll be guided through a nourishing flow of experiences:
a healing journey to release and call in, experience nature constellations, breathwork to awaken your vitality, immersive sound healing, meditation, dance, and a mugwort tea ceremony to ground and integrate.

Each offering is a doorway inward—inviting release, and renewal & radiance. You are free to move and experience it all in whatever way feels true for you.

We will feast on delicious, nourishing food, create art in a beautiful sanctuary space, rest our bodies on the earth, and share our aliveness in community.

Expect laughter - maybe tears too.

We will enjoy delicious, nourishing food, connecting with like-hearted women, and savor spacious, exhale-filled moments woven throughout the day. Moments to journal. To connect. To simply be.

This gathering is open to all women. Whether you are just beginning to explore your inner landscape or you have been walking this path for years, you are welcome exactly as you are. No performance. No pressure. Just presence.
