I’m devoted to guiding transformation and helping you cultivate a more intimate, authentic relationship with life. My work supports you in remembering who you are, releasing the past, coming home to your body, and living a soul‑led life.
The journey often begins at a breaking point, when something stops working and a deeper longing rises. It may appear as illness, break ups, depression, or patterns that keep you stuck.
My approach blends soul wisdom with the Yogic Sciences, and Shamanic traditions accessing spiritual technologies to awaken what’s been forgotten: that everything you need is already within you. You are one with Source.
My own initiations — death, teenage motherhood, single parenting, homelessness, womb dis-ease and a spiritual awakenings that shook me to my core. All of my lived chaos shaped my compassion and deepened my capacity as an alchemist. No lemonade without the lemons! Let's turn our horror stories into love songs! :) That is what I call living your Magic! Letting life penetrate you so deeply and becoming even more yourself.
Though rooted in New York, I’ve traveled the world and lived on my ancestral lands of Italy, Southern France, and Malta. I’m a winged one with strong roots. My heart is warm like the sun and my laughter is deep belly.
